Returns and refunds
You can apply for returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective or not working properly, please take photos or videos showing the problem within 14 days of receipt. Once we have processed the evidence, we will issue your refund immediately without the need for you to return it.

Item is not as described, not as expected, or no longer wanted: If you would like to return a non-defective item, please contact us within 14  days of receipt to begin the return process. We will give you a full refund once we receive the goods in original condition and packaging. Once you receive the notification, you have  14 days to return the item. Please note that return shipping charges will not be refunded in this case.

We reserve the right not to refund a customer if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repair by a third party. 

Warranty Policy 

Manufacturer’s Guarantee: upperdeckstores offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. This guarantee doesn’t cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. upperdeckstores will repair or replace the product at its expense. In case of a defective product, upperdeckstores will replace it with a new one. Refunds aren’t issued under the manufacturer’s guarantee, only replacements or repairs.
