Game Boy Console – VGA 85 NM+ Sealed [Yellow Screenshots, Red Shirt, with Tetris], Game Boy Nintendo 1989 USA. The Nintendo Game Boy is nothing short of iconic. It isn’t a stretch to say that the Game Boy is the most historically significant handheld game console of all time. Nintendo’s decision to include Tetris in the package was a brilliant move. With the help of Tetris‘ addicting gameplay that appealed to gamers and non-gamers alike, Nintendo reached new demographics. The worldwide success and prevalence of the Game Boy have permanently made the system an icon of the ’80s and ’90s. Think about it–just about anyone you ask is familiar with the brand! This wonderfully preserved unit is from one of the console’s earlier production runs. The system came packaged with Tetris, headphones, a video link cable, and four AA batteries. The box has some light edge wear and a wrinkle that runs from the top to the bottom on the left side of the front cover, but it looks fantastic overall.
